and my goal is to help sports programs take “athlete well being” from a catchy buzzword to integrated practices for healthier & longer athletic careers.

In an age of glorified burnout, athletes are overtrained and under-recovered. Rarely are they taught how to regulate their nervous system and recover with purpose. Just look at how many athletes are suffering from chronic pain, eating disorders, anxiety and recurring injuries. The numbers are up and it’s ripping athletes away from the joy of sport.

By teaching athletes how to integrate recovery with their hustle and their creativity with routine, your sports programs can better support the modern day needs of high performing athletes.
